The founding list, and what we keep.

Last updated 20 October 2026

Who we are

Seal Social is built by Wagle Universal Solutions, run by Anish Wagle in Nepal. Right now the only thing you can do here is join the founding list, so this notice covers only that.

What we collect

  • Your email address.
  • Your answer to “what brings you here?”, if you choose to give one.
  • The name of the link you arrived from, such as a YouTube video, if the link carried one.
  • The date you joined.

Why

To email you when founding places open, and to understand which kinds of people want Seal Social so we build the right thing first. That's all. We don't send newsletters or marketing from anyone else, and we never sell, rent or share your address.

What we don't do

No ads, no analytics or tracking scripts, and no cookies for tracking. We don't use your email to find you on other services.

Where it's kept

The list is stored in a Postgres database run by Neon in the European Union (Frankfurt). The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes your IP address to deliver pages and block abuse; we don't store your IP address in our database. Both act only on our instructions.

How long

Until we send your founding invitation and you decide whether to join, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. If we stop the project, we delete the list.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, at any time. Email support@seal.social from the address you signed up with and we'll do it within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

When accounts, payments and ID verification arrive, we'll publish a full privacy policy here before any of them go live, and email the founding list about it.
